How This Connects to the Industrial Side
The reliability work grew out of this. Six years of diagnostics teaches you what failures look like on the way to happening — the terminations that were never torqued right, the circuits running closer to their rating than anyone thinks, the intermittent fault that three people have already looked at.
The difference on the industrial side is method rather than knowledge: measure it, record it, compare it against last year, and rank it against everything else competing for the same maintenance budget. Same understanding of the equipment, applied on a schedule instead of on a call-out.
Facilities that know us for one usually end up using the other. A plant that calls for troubleshooting often has a broader question underneath it, and a reliability client generally still needs someone who can put hands on the work.
